Very true. I just meant this is something she’d already thought about doing and she loved being pregnant and since she had been in low risk pregnancies before, I don’t think she felt exploited at all. Add all that to the fact she was paid enough to get out of their debts.

What if the blood test is ordered but the police have no access to the test results until they get a warrant? Or until the person gives the police consent. Would that be an acceptable outcome here? This way the bac test is accurate, but if they can't get a warrant then it can't be used against the accused.

Barring some diesel cheating scandal, I don’t ever see that happening especially with the current EPA in charge. And if it does happen then yes, plan B becomes the only choice.

Another question i would ask is why not opt for the diesel instead assuming the hp/torque figures are similar.  Clearly someone buying this isn’t worried about the cost but might appreciate the durability of the diesel and it’s guaranteed to haul whatever you need.
