For me it really is about over preparing. If I’ve gone over the speech, out loud to myself a couple of times, then a couple of more times if I’m speaking with a group, then it really makes a difference when it’s in front of an audience.

Yep, that was my second thought. Law enforcement knows where these places are, who’s going to stop them if they arrest someone who’s in possession of drugs. The burning seems to go away at some point while digesting in the evening but wakes me up with a sense of urgency to exit in the morning.
