Nobody has heard what engine is going to be under the hood too early to speculate on a transmission just yet. Toyota just said lastweek the Tacoma will get an “i-Force Max” hybrid engine but they did not elaborate on if it is the same engine as the sequoia/Tundra or a different Hybrid engine that will share the

My observations with hybrids is that they do not “get” a MPG. You still have to drive them like a hybrid. If you have no experience with hybrids and you drive them like any other car your mpg will be not what you expect. When i first got my prius i was getting 39-40.5 mpg average. two years later i’m doing better at

other than the styling what exactly sets the Encore apart from the trailblazer? what are some features available on the buick that you do not get on the trailblazer? Automatic cruise control? traffic jam assist? Auto highbeams?  Any cool suspension features such as rear wheel steering or air ride or adaptive dampers?

GM execs did not kill pontiac. Obama did.  GM wanted to keep Pontiac but they were forced to only keep 3 brands. At the 11th hour they were allowed to keep GMC but that was about to get the Axe too. The largest demand from Obama during the bailout was to limit their brands to only 3 and they HAD to take the money so

People’s devices and infrastructure have super easily defeatable security. It just took until now for people to notice since there are devices sold in a box pre configured and pre programmed. The device itself is not inherently a device for evil it’s not even like a lockpick where defeating security is it’s primary

Good, all the listings on amazon were resellers/scalpers anyway.

Nissan GTR. Its fast but most importantly its easy to drive fast. also a reasonable amount of cargo space for contraband.

Im sure it will. But in the current state electric cars are temporary disposable throwaway vehicles. Regular people keep waiting for the msrp of electric vehicles to come down but if they did tomorrow they will be very upset with the lifespan of batteries in their current state.

Audi only has a 5 year 50,000 mile warranty on their batteries, Ford 5 year 60,000 miles Tesla has an 8 year 150,000 warranty and Hyundai has 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. and the threshold for replacement is it has to go below 70 percent capacity. 72 percent capacity: tough luck! you can lose 104 miles of range on

okay but what percent is horsepower lost over time? Nothing is perfect but battery technology needs to come a long way currently electric vehicle batteries are only guaranteed to last for 10 years at most and then to the scrap heap.

The NSX, Lexus LC, and Jaguar F type are cars i wish sold better because they are all amazing in their own way. the Lexus LC is criminally underrated but i get why its not popular anymore the infotainment tech is outdated at this point and Lexus does not usually have a hyper luxury grand touring car in it’s linup.

soul used to be sold in awd version. i guess not enough takers to keep it going.

6.7 inches of ground clearance. there are several “suvs” with under 8 inches of ground clearance so it really depends on where you draw the line. Wherever you draw the line of what is or is not a suv the soul is close to either threshold.

looks like it has the exact same wipers as my 2014 prius.

Now playing

the passenger side wiper arm has a huge cowl around the wiper motor. Weird. Wipers turn on at 3:00

these probably don’t go fast enough to tip over lol.

no rear wiper in the pics. typically the primes and the base models do not have the rear wipers to eek out every last mpg

Was not saying mine were dirty but pointing out an advantage of less things to clean.

I’m upset that the Prius at he auto show during the press event had the car painted yellow and that color did not make it into production.

damn Andy. You posted on Jalopnick “what do you want to know about the Prius prime” and i asked about the steering ratio and you let me down.
