It is very bad practice to have a truck that where you add four wheel drive you lose 25 percent of your towing capacity. a few percentage points is understandable but having that drastic of a tow difference is going to cause a lot of warranty headache for ford.

the toyota hybrid transmissions are a lot more intlligent and feel like less of rubber bandy than the gas only CVTs. they work entirely differently than any other CVTt.
