Geez. Every time I go to aldi which is at least once a week, it’s a good experience.

I’m trying to use January as a month to specifically reduce my grocery spending and date night/ dining out spending.

this isn’t a full year goal, but I do want to complete Al Kavadlo’s Universal Strength 30 day program this January to supplement my regular Crossfit workouts. After that, I’ll play it by ear. For fitness, when I try to look a whole year out, it’s too intimidating. But a month? That I can do.

I read like it’s my job (Oh, if only it were.....lol) and I completely agree, Severance totally blew me away. I’m about to start it for a second go round over the holiday break. Other books I loved, among many, I’ll list below. What a great year in books I had!

I’m getting married to a former fine dining chef who would confirm your assumption.

I am sending gifts to friends in Jordan (I’m in the US).   Tea is huge in Jordan so I was thinking of sending some locally produced tea here, so they can see how it contrasts, and potentially some seasonings/spice blends that are different from what they generally cook with as well.  I like the idea of a compass for

I just want to say I am so sorry you’re going through all this crap :(.

WORD

Yes, I’m a CPA who did that public accounting life once upon a time, so I get that.  Those years are past me now though.

I know some incredibly talented musicians, who studied at some of the absolute top music schools of their field, and of them all only 4 are doing *so* well that it’s giving them a truly middle class life. 2 of the 4 are really, truly top notch and they are leaders in their respective fields. One of the four is able to
