I feel like people have been saying that for years, there’s only difference of opinion as to the party

Frankly, I see this as more self-preservation than anything else. They want to keep up their pretense of being Ethical Warriors while cashing massive checks from Congress and waging a war against American taxpayers is really going to cut into the bottom line.

He was okay with Trump when he was working there but now that he sits on the board of General Dynamics he’s rediscovered his love of the Status Quo. Come on guys, let’s go back to the days of back room deals and speaking in hushed tones!

Agree, jut look at the guy. There is no way he’s under 300.

If he’s 243, I’m a goddamned Olympian.

TBF, he’s from Arkansas so he probably represents his people perfectly.

Man, if someone had said Whitman was involved in the first place it probably would have saved everyone a lot of time.

I’ve never understood the whole “people already have a thing that’s really popular and works just fine but maybe we can sink a ton of money to get people to do our thing that’s actually quite worse!” strategy here.

It does look like some people trying to grab all they can before the ship goes down though.

Yeah, let’s not give a gold star to Iowa for wanting to go back to Saying The Quiet Part Quiet Again. Since he had all his committees stripped from him he was a dead man walking anyway. I assume he’ll get a gig at some conservative think tank and a talking head deal on a Fox or something.

The app’s co-founder Jeffrey Katzenberg told the New York Times in May that the coronavirus is to blame.

Is “leaving the building with a ton of people to protect him” an especially tough guy move?
