I think there’s just a limit on what a mid-sized SUV with independent suspension can do. It has medium-duty springs, or air suspension, and that allows for a better ride, but it’s just not made to be a tow vehicle (although it usually has top, or nearly best in class tow ratings for that segment).

Agree. I don’t think things only the driver should be messing with belong in the center dash between the driver and passenger.

Now playing

When I think of kick-ass opening movie scenes, this one comes to mind. I mean cmon... a freaking robot head with two synchronized pilots drops down onto a gigantic robot body and powers up some kind of goddam nuclear turbine and it strolls into the FUCKING OCEAN. That’s PRETTY NEAT!

I think the problem with these was that they were too similar to the GC. They were only marginally larger and in some cases smaller, with poorer gas mileage to boot. The third row was good for those that wanted it, but I think they should’ve made it a true “full-size” SUV like they appeared to be considering for the

Oh, this is great. Thank you for it.

I feel the same way. When I buy a vehicle one of the first things I do is remove that ugly dealer decal. Most people don’t even think about them. Especially because they are made to look like badging, but I can’t stand them.

All I see.

This made me laugh for a while. Thank you sir!

One word... airbag.

So CLOSE.

Clearly, I haven’t done enough research. I watched a few comparisons for fun, but apparently it’s not really much of a difference.

Okay, so you’ve proven there is conflicting evidence. Of the videos I’ve seen, Yetis usually do better. No need to get emotional.

Yes. Although surely you could extrapolate that the results of these tests would be significantly hastened in places where the temperature is either very high, or very low, relative to room temperature.

Whether people put yeti stickers on their cars or not, the yeti cups are better at keeping things cold.

Yeah I’m with you. I’m not going to sit there and be like, “Well it’s slightly more dangerous for me to drive with my semi-autonomous vehicle, so I’ll just sit here dying hoping an ambulance will make it.”

That’s a beautiful car. Awesome commercial too!

I really prefer the column shifters. They just make better use of the console area. Even if I don’t have 4 cups in the front, I can drop my phone in there or whatever else.

Yeah I don’t get why they even have that dumb chase marketplace. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything that was better than the cash back value.

See this is what they should have done. You are already triggering a number of events when the door opens. Extending it to the electronic shifting mechanism would be trivial. Although I could see a situation where someone is towing it or something random to need neutral and they tear up the transmission. Idk...

I’ve got a ‘14 grand and I’ve never left it in N accidentally. Although, TBH I would prefer a shifter that let you slide to the desired gear and it stayed there, electronic or not. I knew it was a “weird” shifter when I bought it, but I haven’t been dissapointed with the vehicle overall. I felt like it was the best
