Now Dave Foley is one of the Kids in the Hole.

Nonsense. She could have easily grabbed the rifle back before going into the hole. It was done for drama....she’s defenseless.

Ah, that’s what known as “The Idiot Plot”. The Walking Dead relied on it for 11 seasons!

“Bill" could've been Barr, Trump's AG.

This is the second episode in a row where they had a smart character do something uncharacteristically stupid (Danish last week) in order to keep the plot moving from point A to point B. This even more than last week smacked of Hawley writing himself into a corner. Dorothy would NEVER have left that gun.

Roy thinking Dot was still in the house AFTER finding that she turned on the gas was profoundly stupid.

The accident was WAY over the top, like watching an opening scene in a post-apocalypse. A random semi-truck barreling into a parked car could be a metaphor for the writing, which I find myself having issues with yet again this week.

I dunno if I can say that the writers actually intended for Dot to be traumatised, as nothing I’ve seen from the writing so far has made me think that they can scrape together that level of depth to a character.

Here’s a thought: that scene was supposed to be confusing because Sally lives in a haze of alcoholic despair and PTSD. So writing and directing a scene where the audience is as disoriented and scared as Sally immerses us in the world of the show more fully and gives us more empathy for the characters of Sally and

That tape doesn’t see the light of day without her consent.... There is no way the Hilton empire lets that get professionally released unless she signs a release for it to be distributed.

Y’all are trying to tell me that Gus went to the trouble of all that planning just to stash a gun holding five bullets? (I should assume it was 6 bullets, but I only heard five shots, but obviously I could have missed one.) He couldn’t think to stash one with a higher capacity magazine? Yes clearly he did hit his

I agree with Rob - in articles like these, the lack of a nuanced moral conversation and the general sense of shaming anyone for not hating Louie is tiresome. I’m a woman and I don’t think what he did was ok by any means. It also seems to me from listening to interviews he’s been in since that he has genuinely learned

I will watch it. I like his art. I also completely agree with everyone who won’t for whatever reason they provide. This blow to his career is justified. But I still like his art.

Harvey straight-up raped, blackmailed, and also beat up a lot of people. He’s very unambiguously a criminal, not just a creep.

I still love Louis but I don’t care much about his filmmaking career. If the film is well-reviewed, I would consider buying or renting it from his website but I wouldn’t see it in a theater. Hopefully he’ll get back to more stand-up soon. That’s all I want from him as a fan.

This cognitive dissonance with the entertainment media - where they insist that Louis CK remain a pariah but continue to report on every single thing he does in his career - is fascinating.

“Governing its usage” not “governing it’s usage,” you dipshit, and if you blame autocorrect I’ll pull your guts out through your...

Yeah, the first act of a movie is totally off limits.

I believe this was Dowd’s way of respecting the spoiler embargo but confirming the rumours that Kraven the Hunter will appear played by Dame Judi Dench.

By the way Dafoe is not a Oscar winner.
