You have SEEN that “classic” right?
Trust me, nothing of value will be lost.

Yup, this is what a real car company does.... spends a few lunchbreaks on a PR stunt and gets back to spending hours on panel fitment. Not the other way around.
I worked close with metal foundaries for a part of my job (I was responsible for production machining cast parts).
What I'm seeing here is that Philadelphia is never going to get self driving cars.
Leased a self-driving Tesla with Dogecoin.
The Grand Cherokee outsells everything else listed here, by a lot.
At this point, the reliability issues in the GC were sorted out long ago. Pretty sure even Consumer Reports recommends them now (I know they do the Charger/Challenger/300).
“Mercedes” in my post is Mercedes Streeter, who recommended the Touareg.
Ok, I realize we like to take a collective dump on Stellantis around these parts... but how is the Grand Cherokee not on this list? Better fuel economy than the Lexus, decent off-road chops, and luxury trims at the Overland and Summit level. With suggestions like an XC90 and a V10 Touareg on the list, it doesn’t seem…
They last forever. Haven’t you heard. They’re designed for a million miles. Just replace all failing parts as necessary. Yes, even the ones that are already discontinued and you can’t ever get because... buy a new one. It’ll have FSD in a few years. We promise!
My mom paid for “Full Self Driving” with her late 2016 Model S. I think it was less than 2 years later they announced that her car will never get FSD because it lacks the required sensors or a powerful enough CPU.
Mercedes: The $30k-$35k target was to buy the vehicle, not the annual maintenance bill.
I think the heartburn around the kidney grilles really comes from the grille size. The new grille is crazy big for what it currently provides in terms of cooling capacity. But that’s what I love about BMW and why I purchased one (and, later, stocks in the company). They take design moonshots in so many places. The…
I just wonder what happens once your car is past it’s useful life and FSD still doesn’t exist.
Can you provide an example? I’m aware a lot of states have Castle Doctrine, but that requires them to be inside the house not just on the property somewhere.
Yeah, those disclaimers probably won’t hold up in court. I can put a sign up in my lawn that says I’m going to shoot anyone who steps foot on it, that doesn’t actually give me the legal authority to shoot anyone though.
