I’m more interested in the audio quality aspect. Sonos is also restricted, although not as much as the HomePod, but that’s why I haven’t bought one of those either. I believe Bose has a system with no restrictions, connect anything, sync all speakers. I’ll probably eventually land on that. I really hate technology
