I’m not a lawyer, but I would think that charging men to speak to women, and then those women turn out to be bots being run by the company, it would be fraud. They knowingly misrepresented the product for financial gain. I would love it if somebody with legal expertise chimed in on this.

How was it that Ashley Madison avoided criminal charges? Who would sign up for this considering that historically they’ve compromised user’s identities and defrauded it’s members?

Trump did not look well earlier today. His aides have explained his strange behavior as “exhaustion.”

Don’t forget drunk or texting.

My brain goes to shooting things in black and white specifically to play with colorization in post. But then, I have a strange sense of fun. :)

I agree, colorizing photos and film should be regarded as a creative tool, not a restorative one.

You can put your tracking on a diet as well. I use Duck Duck Go, but have links to Google and Bing when Duck Duck Go provides less than stellar results. I have a Gmail account I use for some things, and a private email server I use for others. I use private browsing when I can, and use Firefox at home on my PCs. For

Hmm, I play it mainly connected to the TV, but I do take it out on occasion, and I bring it into other rooms in the house. I don’t play enough for battery life to be an issue. The Joy-Cons don’t bother me at all. The size and weight are fine. I suppose for me, the concept and form factor are just right. The only

I wouldn’t be surprised if they weren’t actually surprised.

I’m talkin’ Cheap Trick, ELO, maybe even a little Steppenwolf.

I think hugging a bear might result in cleansing of jeans.

Why do you guys always assume the worst just because he’s a bear? Your racial profiling has no place in 2017.

I heard that same day Trump parked more than 18 inches from the curb, then he jay-walked, and then he took a piss and left the seat up.

I don’t believe in the destruction of private property as a legitimate form of protest, regardless of how you try and rationalize it.

I agree, it’s an alienating title. I don’t want to confuse listening to another viewpoint with agreeing with that viewpoint. I guess what I’m trying to say is, when somebody says to you “hey fuckface!”, it may be worthwhile to try and understand why they think you’re a fuckface before saying “fuck you too!” back.

There’s much more to learn from people with different viewpoints from your own than from people who think the same as you do. If the title challenges some people, or the premise challenges some people, those people would better serve themselves by respectfully trying to understand rather than shunning and vilifying

I haven’t watched the show, I liked the movie, though I thought it borrowed a bit from “Do The Right Thing”.

I don’t believe in the destruction of private property as a legitimate form of protest.

I’m not on the market for a laptop, I’m happy with my menagerie of computers I already have. I’m simply pointing out that the reason Microsoft made the decision to include the ports they did was that they identified a market segment for this product that they didn’t want to alienate.

Wireless audio and MIDI have latency issues, and you need a port for an audio interface. Also, audio and video files are huge, and transfer rates over wired devices is much faster. People in content creation need ports.
