He was slowly passing. Also the other guy was merging onto the highway he didn't have much space to move over with out being a dick to the other drivers.

I don’t know if I would say he got what was coming to him. But he is putting the other guys life at risk because he is impatient. It is different if he is just being a dumbass and not putting anyone else’s property or life at risk.
