Kickass shots. Sadly I have no pics of me anywhere other than in my driveway. Hard to see but this is *with* the OME lift installed by Slee.

6800 for the kit plus the adaptation to the 200. The engine is mostly the same but some custom fab is required for the rest. The quote was roughly 8600+tax out the door.

I SO want to do this to my LC-200. Wife won’t free up the $8600 though. :-(

My cruiser gets about 15 regularly and about 11-12 towing depending on how I use my hoof. It’s a very nice truck with some amazing engineering behind it. That being said, if I were looking for a new full-size truck, It’d probably be Toyota, Ford, or GM again. Because I like resale value and reliability. Reliability is

Anyone seen a breakout of the fleet sales numbers? I’ve been traveling quite a lot lately and have seen these things lined up in droves at airport rental car lots.

Can you rip around the Expedition doing 10-under on 1431 to Marble Falls? Make use of those tiny passing zones (unless the fun police have removed them?)

Whoa whoa whoa there. A Land Cruiser is definitely not an enthusiast vehicle. I just lifted mine and put on AT tires so it could more easily park at the mall.

I’d bet you far more people would miss the Accord before they missed the 200 or the Fusion. Then again I’m thinking about private buyers — not rental car companies. If National couldn’t rent out a zillion 200s, they’d be pissed! What other comparatively cheap and shitty car is available? Oh, the Malibu and the Fusion

I agree — I have a Land Cruiser that we DD...it’s the most reliable vehicle I’ve ever owned.

Whoever that is needs to burn. My oldest is only 2 but that stuff scares the hell out of me. A toddler got hit and killed by a texting driver a few months ago and it still rips at my heart. I cannot imagine the pain of losing a child.

Haha — well done. I have had several as rentals and just can’t get over the lack of power. I’ve owned a couple of underpowered vehicles through my years which has been disastrous.

If they start selling (again) one with poweeerrrr, it’d be hard to say no.

More so than the hellcat, the Corvette represents American muscle. The brand has been around more than half a century and has really embodied the US. Like the country it represents, the Corvette has had its ups and downs over the years!

Blasphemy! She’s GORGEOUS! Oh, you meant the car...

Well — I do pay property tax on my house... Personal property tax is written similarly. Then again I love it here and will pay to not have to live in TX ever again.

Now that’s cheap!

What’re you driving? Colorado charges personal property tax. Registration is based upon the MSRP of your vehicle so my $80K Land Cruiser runs roughly $1500/year for taxes, fees, and registration. Back when I lived in TX, it was roughly $80/year. I’m still happy paying more to live in Colorado instead of Texas.

I have the same problem. With horrible experience to back it up. Something along these lines goes through my brain whenever I see one in front of me. “Christ, gotta find a way around that pile. Hazard lights are sure to come on any moment.”

You know — as the ex-owner of a ‘10 535, I understand this well. People poking along the Colorado freeways in their underpowered Outbacks and slow Priuses (in the left lane) tend to get annoyed when passed on the right. All it takes is a slight adjustment of your big toe to bring enough twin-turbocharged goodness to

I for one am very happy to see Caddy/GM doing a great job of building a performance sedan. I’ve had the regular ATS as a rental a few times and it’s made massive improvements over what it used to be. I hate to say it but I liked it better than the regular performance sedan rental G37. It’s more refined, build quality

S6 is fantastic. I will own one in my lifetime.
