A few months ago I went on a big octopus kick and looked at every local restaurant that had octopus on the menu.
The best was one that had it over a browned butter sunchoke puree.

Did anyone relatively famous ever eat there?

I haven't tried that brand. How would you describe it? Too floral for martinis? Or bad for another reason?

I thought it would be too thin and wouldn't properly churn with less cream cheese. Oh, how wrong I was. I'll try it with 4oz next time, and work my way from there. I'll definitely continue making it, since it's so easy.

So, I had to look up a Ploughman's lunch.
I've had a lunch like that in Bavaria (it was either in Munich area or Salzburg), but not as a sandwich; just a spread of things. It's quite delicious!

Keep in mind, unless they've turned to charcoal, you haven't overcooked them.
