This is the go-to way for sauteing mushrooms. They're amazing as a side or mixed into other things.
Butter in pan, saute sliced mushrooms, and once liquid starts evaporating, stir and add soy sauce (I use braggs liquid amino, since it comes in an aerator bottle, so it doesn't get drenched).
