I got confirmation that I'm getting an extra week of vacation this year, since I'll be hitting my 10 year anniversary in April. I wasn't sure if it would be this year or next year that it kicks in.
So, with the 4 weeks, I still have a week I carried over from last year, so I have 5 weeks to play with. Not too shabby.

I don't like the limit to 5, but if so, I think they're cheating by adding the other bottles. If you're adding vermouth, why not also sherry or amari.

But the subtle flavors are a sign of a bad vodka. It's distilled and unaged. There shouldn't be any flavors.

While I don't think it's vile, I use it for recipes that call for umami (chili, stews, veggie burgers, etc…). I wouldn't consider eating it with toast, but I imagine trying to spread the stuff would make me crush the toast into crumbs. It spreads as easily as glue. No, I'd say glue slides on smoother, actually.
