aww man. I wish I had easy access to soft shell crab. (whole foods has them at times, but it's not cheap).
Is it pull-apart type, like monkey bread / garlic knots? Or do you fold in the ingredients and then bake the dough?

52C / 125F for 30 minutes. I looked around and saw a lot of varying temps (as high as 135F). It was slightly flaky, so if doing again, I'd probably drop it to 120F and see how it goes.

I've never tried it, actually. The Cat's Meow cocktail they posted here might make me seek out a bottle, though. Generally I hold off on getting the really esoteric bottles until I see a few recipes that call for them. If not, I end up with 20 slightly opened bottles of booze that gather dust.
