I hear ya. Lots of guys I work with have brand new cars. I can’t fathom paying what they do monthly for just transportation back and forth. For less, I have more vehicles.

Never heard myself, but the best response I was told “you ever been duck hunting? Sometimes you just have to pick one and shoot.”
I see.. well played sir (see what I did there?)
:-(
Tell me you smile every time you play base/soft ball?
Your brother in law does not sound like he is welcome in the garage any longer.
More please!
Serious? What’d the trooper have to say about the truck?
While I whole heartedly agree, touch less washes are far safer for the paint, they don’t clean the grime off a car too well. Not a problem when it’s warm enough to do a proper wash, but in the middle of winter when there is a solid white layer of salt on a car, I tend to spray the loose stuff off then go through the…
Keep as nice retro camper, or dump the camper and make a sick flat bead truck.
Can’t see through it? It’s good to go. NP, and a great project for anyone looking to restore.
Very simple, had this happened with any other car, you trade it in. Especially if you can break even on the loan. Sure, you may just lose out on a nice check for owning said car, but that is just coincidental based on the chosen car. Anyone else in the same situation would be told to get out of the loan.

So the poor folk that can’t afford a new car get to pay extra for being poor? Sure, that’ll do it.
I love a scirocco, but I don’t think this one could possibly be worth that much. This isn’t a restored car or anything, just a beaten on somewhat hard to find car with high mileage.
Well, You just have to get your hands into about everything on this jeep. Good news is, there really isn’t much to it. I’ve been at that point and know how hard it can be to wrap yourself mentally around all the little issues, but you’ll get them done. It’s just one thing at a time.
You get it, thank you. Problem is, it isn’t just in the car. My wife has no filter. I love her for it, but I’m just waiting for her mouth to write a check I can’t cash.
I think that’s a NY plate. If that’s correct, there likely wasn’t much else of an option but to pass on the right. Far too many drivers will sit in the left lane at exactly the speed limit or lower till their exit comes up, in which case they’ll usually cut someone off while hitting the brakes to catch their exit.
And it gets properly used? Sweet!
