for further reference, though not my uncles car.

My uncle has a tr3 that he had fully restored some 10 years ago. Used to be my grandfathers car and was parked in the back of the barn covered in dust my whole childhood. I didn’t even know that it was green it had so much dust. My grandfather, thankfully, hand turned the engine every once in a while to make sure it

Yet another instant NP. I honestly would not know what this was previously if I saw it on the road. Rotary wagon for the win!

Beautiful. Thank you sir, I think this car will easily contend as the best car I’ve seen in a while.

Good god that car is beautiful. Any more pics elsewhere?

Seems more and more, grunt work is being outsourced. The lowest paid in the industry are farmed out to the lowest bidder. Saves the corporations and their big wigs lots of money. The grunts are stuck fronting that saving while scraping to survive.

Follow the money. Money speaks more than news and politics these days.

You know those instances you wish you could tell your SO to keep their mouths shut? This is one of them. Bad enough when then decide honking the horn from the passenger seat is a good idea.. no no no.

When I was I think 6 or 7, My mother (saw her on weekends) had what I think was a 79ish brown 4 cylinder Mustang. Much like the picture below, though I’m pretty sure it was faded brown. I didn’t think much of it, though I knew a good car when I saw one at that age (thanks dad.) She used to mention the car long after

Now now.. if you’re going to post up the competition, post up the actual prices for said competition, not the manufacturers recommended msrp.

The shades over the lights - Back in the times of war, shades were required on headlights (I assume tail lights were optional) in order to block the light from being as visible to planes. Another option to the stylish covers was simply to tape the top portion of your headlights.

My good man, you hit the nail on the head.

I had dreams of doing this to my 74. Granted, with a better wheel choice. Sadly, the rot got to it far too soon in it’s life time. That being said, this car is not worth that much. You can buy a much cheaper version and simply buy a kit to throw in a miata engine. Sure, not quite as cool as a rotary, but stone cold

Did not even have to read anything before clicking NP. The shell alone is worth asking price.

Close, but not not good enough. Needs purple tint and stripes pealed. Needs rims recycled and proper amg rims installed. May need dash pieces to get rid of whatever mounting that chastity belt on the dash has.

Was looking to star the first person who said it, you were the first reply. Can’t go wrong with vett engine in practical sedan.

Leaving? Sure, soon as you let off the gas to get the tires to stop burning off their rims.

At that price? I’d give it a go. Surely not quite complete, but imagine how much fun could be had once it was done.

There were hills on 2 sides of our parking lot. In the winter all the rednecks would see how far up the hill they could get their trucks. Some of them made it surprisingly far for how steep the hills were. Other than that, nothing of not ever happened in the schools lot.

I’ll accept that.
