Exactly, Biden sucks as president hence low-ish approvals during his actual presidency. BUT he’s so much better in every way than Trump or any other likely GQP candidate that he can get it done at the polls when it matters.

It’s hard to reasonably expect people to get excited about voting for someone when that person can’t seem to muster up a fuck to give about their issues.
