I’m surprised the police even did anything in this case. Even after others did all the legwork for them, I figured they’d just let this one go until everyone but the family forgot about it.

Honestly all this sounds like literally every FOP in existence. They’re all breeding grounds for the worst segments of humanity.

Maybe it’s just because I live here, but I feel like within the past 2 years or so, Michigan has been near the top of places where you hear about racist and/or stupid stuff like this being reported. I feel like we’ve reached the point where, like Mississippi or Florida, when you hear stuff like this you think, “Of

Yeah I thought the same thing. He just *looks* like a Black Republican.

He’ll just ride the Grift Train like his coon cohorts. He’s got no realistic chance of becoming governor (then again we said similar things about Trump...), but he’ll parlay this into a spot as a contributor (or maybe even host or “anchor”) at The Blaze, Breitbart, OAN, Newsmax, etc.

I agree. The Taycan looks like an inbred Panamera, and the Panamera wasn’t good-looking to begin with...

It’s also an order of magnitude better-looking than the Taycan as well.

My guess is he instinctively hit the brakes, and those were the brake lights.

PAUSE. 40-year-old teacher??

Hublot and Invicta would like a word.

GM’s already launched the opening salvo in the EV truck wars with the Hummer EV. Aside from its size (and price...), it sounds like everything I could want from an EV:

Anything to get attention.

I’m thinking something got lost in translation when listing those specs...a 150 kW motor in the back with a 75 kW motor in front sounds like what I’d expect for something like this.

I definitely know what a watch is, I’ve worn them practically every day since high school, and I’m not even 30 yet...

That sounds more like typical overcomplication from a luxury carmaker than an inherent flaw with EVs, though I do still find EVs annoying to use. As long as they keep trying to make EVs as electronics with wheels instead of “just” cars that happen to have a giant battery instead of an engine, I’m not interested in

That watch analogy is exactly how I’ve been approaching this, and I hope this transition mirrors what happened to the watch industry when quartz took over. I only recently got into watch collecting (pretty superficially, at least for now, with all of my recent purchases being inexpensive quartz Timex’s and 1 Swatch).

“Last” one? Whichever one I own when I die. Even if the car I drive for 90+% of my errands/commutes is an EV, I’m always gonna keep a gas-burner for fun (finances willing of course).

But he’d actually have to pay those people good money to be that thorough.

I’m not sure what more GM could do to save Cadillac. I mean, if moving their HQ to NY didn’t fix it, what will?

Is there a reason why they can’t just give it more juice all the time? Overheating issues?
