No, this is the wrong take. It sounds like someone has developed Bad Pizza Stockholm Syndrome.  

Pizza PREP might take time, but the actually cooking of the pizza itself should be quick.  A proper pizza should be cooked VERY hot, and VERY quickly.  

This is a nonsense take.  If you’re making your pizza right, you’re proofing your dough for 24 hrs anyway, which is plenty of anticipation.

So I’ve got one of these things and if it’s frustration you’re after, I assure you it’s entirely possible to completely fuck up a pizza in a horrific inedible manner after you spent a day or two fermenting dough.
