Welcome to America in 2019, where Arians claim to be helping a Gay but really just want to set them further back.

How is it “sub-standard”? It had the legally required equipment. By definition, it met the standard.

This is dumb!!!

People are going to go ahead and make their jokes, but 3 has stumped even kings for thousands of years.

5) Saudi Arabia being attacked is a well deserved and welcome development.

I think it is Iran and the narrative, to me, is inconsequential because I don’t think it’s the US’ job to be Saudi Arabia’s tough guy. The Saudis have money, let them do their own fighting. Otherwise, what was all the bragging about that Trump did concerning how much money the Saudi government spends on buying

4) But Trump is President, so we must #resist the narrative that Iran was involved.

I think the resistance is more around the notion that we should do anything about it.

You don’t want war? Fine. I don’t want it either.

Exactly. We’re as responsible for the Saudi’s bombing hospitals and school buses as the Iranians are over this attack. At least the oil refinery looks like a legit military target.

Shit isn’t our business.......so let them sort it out themselves

Is there really a lot of resistance to the reality of Iran’s involvement? On day one there was, because of the lack of info, and the Houthies with their hand up. But now it seems fairly solid where these came from.

Conflicts aside, this thing is pretty bitchin

“As the body positivity movement, which began with the radical fat acceptance movement of the 1960s, has been co-opted recently by women of totally socially-acceptable, skinny shapes and sizes who think the movement is just for anyone who feels good or wants to show off their armpit hair”

Stop it. Stop attacking women for having opinions, speaking out, and trying to make things better. What the hell happened to Jezebel? I’ve been around here for years, and recently the rhetoric has just become so hateful and isolating. This is ridiculous.

“has been co-opted recently by women of totally socially-acceptable, skinny shapes and sizes who think the movement is just for anyone who feels good or wants to show off their armpit hair”...You guys know that Jameela has a history of eating disorders since childhood, right? And that she was severely fat-shamed by

Man, people really can’t win. Jameela Jamil has been saying mostly the right things for a long time, and backs it up by taking celebrities who hawk dangerous ideas and products to task. So she’s not the first to say these things, does that mean she shouldn’t say them? Or that she deserves this snotty recap of her

Loud pipes save lives is bullshit. The reality is loud pipes make you an asshole. You’re an asshole to quiet neighborhoods, to quiet country living, to others in traffic, loud pipes simply make you an asshole, it won’t save your life, or others.

There aren’t going to be any wheels of justice turning, because she’s chosen to file a civil suit instead of involving the police. Unless one’s definition of justice is a months-long protacted negotiation between two sets of very well-paid lawyers discussing what amount between $1M and $2M of Antonio Brown’s money

I struggle to balance “he’s a shit person”, with “he’s an employee who has not been convicted of anything.” The second is objectively true, and the first is subjectively true. Why shouldn’t he be allowed to work while the wheels of allegation and investigation and hopefully justice continue to turn?
