As a physician, how do you feel about harm reduction?

I think it depends on what you’re vaping.

Nobody wants any of their family members to get any kind of cancer, but it’s kind of a fact of life.
I’ll smoke my pot, and vape, and not judge my adult children for wanting to smoke or vape. If that’s the worst thing we’re doing to get along in this fucked up world, I am a-ok with that.

I don’t know how old your kid is, but I’d be willing to bet they’ll be in contact with a lot worse than vaping.

Sidewalks are for pedestrians. You can figure that out because the word actually has “walk” in it. Keep your damn bike off the sidewalk, and keep your fucking car out of the bike lanes. It’s really not that hard.

Some believe that BPD is incurable, but can be manageable through lots of therapy. 

I saw Manhattan when I was a kid in the 70's. Was incredibly squicked out even at that young age, and never understood how this creepster gained respect.
