Whoever thought up the idea for this fake interview is a fucking pile of garbage. What possible positive thing could ever come from it? Was it for a laugh? I genuinely fail to see anyone thinking this would be a good idea and have any value to society whatsoever.

The aftermarket tune on a ‘98 is a joke.  Keep it full of oil and it will run longer than the rest of the vehicles you own for the next 10 years.  

Usually I’d be all in for a reasonably priced Volvo (boxy, but good). This one is too much for too much. And it’s nearly as ugly as yesterday’s on top of its issues.

Sretten’s wit is remarkable. This series and the “Binky Brothers” are the only YT series that I can boast a completed list of videos. I have learned so much by watching M539 that I believe I could rebuild a BMW 12-cylinder engine in my sleep.

This is an astoundingly bad take. Hatchbacks came first. Sedans are terribly impractical compared to hatchbacks. It’s nice for you that you don’t need a hatch, since you don’t like them. but there’s no logic in your argument.

I think the closest competitor to the version you drove is the Mazda3 hatch with AWD. It looks like the wagon-esque body of the Impreza should give you a little more cargo space than the Mazda’s more sloped hatchback body. The engines are similar in output. I get pining over the 6Wagon, but I’d be happy with the ability to purchase another 6 sedan.  But no, we can’t have nice things come in small(er) packages.
