Eh, believe it or not, adding an iron block 4, a turbo, intercooler and requisite plumbing, it’s probably within 100 lbs or so of an Al LS1. Plus, the car seems to not have any bodywork, so I’d imagine they’re not going to have much trouble moving weight or ballast around if necessary :)

Ah, thats makes sense. Yeah sucks paying the labor, but honestly if you don’t have a heated garage and lift, I’d probably just have paid it too. In fairness it is a bit of work, so you didn’t do too bad.

Was that for a fly wheel and pressure plate and Pilot/ToB too? Parks Geek has just the clutch plate/PP combo for $350
