Man you shouldnt talk bad about my slowbaru
Here in Europe the Crosstrek is an XV and we get a 2.0 diesel, running 150bhp & 250 lbs-ft from the factory. For £250 you can chip it to 180bhp & 300 lbs-ft. Which is an easy & nice start.
doesnt help that I have owned a STI and WRX before lol
I’m having the same problem trying to replace my TDI. It’s surprisingly quick around town and a super fun car to drive. Nothing cheap-ish really measures up short of going hot-hatch and getting a GTI. I don’t really need to the AWD and mild-offroad ability but the Impreza is best of the cars I tried and the new…
@realConfucius tweet “say nothing on twitter you would not say IRL”
Seriously how fucking hard would it be to pour a 10ft wide 10ft tall quarter pipe.
The “manuals are slower” is a tired argument GTI owners make to justify the fact that they can’t drive a real transmission.
It was far more difficult than I expected it would be. I wanted a two door manual S with the perfomance package. The dealership kept pushing the four door model and higher trim levels and even told me they would not order one in the configuration I wanted. A few days later they called and said they found a two door S…
What does that make the High Sparrow, then?
We’re also talking about a car that’s for fun, not for dominating a particular racing series, which is why I’ll never get the complaints about “making it slower” by opting for a gearbox some folks have more fun with, heh. To a lot of folks, part of the challenge is being able to get it right on your own. Beat the car.…
Hey! I fought the dealership good and hard to have a real transmission in my GTI. However the first person I showed it to thought I was crazy for getting the “slower” transmission.
$40k for knowing it will never get stolen.
My Grand Cherokee Overland Diesel with skid plates and locking diff is fairly capable offroad but it is no street perfomer. It does ok but it does not like to hustle.
I hate P85's. The ride is coarse and rough and they slide everywhere.
Requiring alcohol to be stored outside of the passenger compartment.
Easy: Front plate requirement. Ohio, requires it. Michigan (and damn near everyone else), not so much.
“Your tires are bald so you’re selling the whole car?”
“I hate sand, er, maintenance”
I know absolutely nothing about cars except that you have to put gas in them, and even I think this is funny.
I think Legoass drives a Fiat 500 Abarth, Conan drives a Silverado 2500. Sean Bean drives the current McLaren-Honda F1 car.
I’ve never watched game of thrones.
