I didn't assume it was going to be anything very dramatic, I mean they're puppies, what can they do other than scamper and be adorable? But I saw PUPPIES and so clicked.
Cats curl themselves into odd little spaces like that too, I think it's the feeling of walls around you (albeit shallow ones in this case).
