I have an R/T model - I’m chiming in to say the Durango’s adaptive cruise control is 10000000% worth it. Best single feature on the truck. It actually works awesome in city traffic as long as you don’t come to a complete stop for more than 2 seconds.  Set it on 25mph and RELAX.

Former owner here myself. Problem was at 6'2" its was a three seater at-best with me driving. Loved the car and thought it was one of the better designs in a while. It looked clean and had one of the best guage clusters of all time. I was lucky enough to have the full leather seats and 5 speed with some coilovers and

Let me settle the ‘how it was driven’ for everyone since I’ve owned one of these...look at the calipers; see that gold hue? That’s what color the factory Brembo silver turns during a track day from heat. Nearly impossible to do all 4 that color from driving on the street as the temps don’t stay high enough, long

All gen 1 cars were 6 lug, 04/05 cars had differentials made of glass...they got better in 06/07 (still not perfect, but there’s a new-ish brace being made as well as the 8.8 swap you can do). FWIW I had an 06 with a nasty 402 in it...never hurt a diff or axle as I wasn’t dumb enough to launch it on a sticky surface.

Assuming the U-Haul itself isn’t stolen...long reach, i know...how many are there at that truck size with THAT specific picture on the side that were ALSO out on rental at THAT specific time? They have a lot of trucks in the wild but again, with all of those specifics and the fact that you can discount all of them

They got better and are totally fine if you don’t let it wheel hop or launch on sticky tires. Road course it (as intended) and it will last forever. Drag race it any pray. There are some forum-sourced solutions out now that make it way better for well under $1k. You can go full bulletproof with a $3500 8.8 swap

Top is nav CD, bottom is a 6 disk changer. People have finally figured out how to swap in an aftermarket unit without losing a lot of the integrated features by hacking up a non-nav stereo from a base model to accept an aftermarket touch-screen if you so desire.

I own one and yes, it’s VERY 2000s GM but it’s definitely better in-person than the pictures. I actually purchased mine from a buddy without ever being in it, I was pleasantly surprised when I hopped in after wondering how bad it would be from the pictures I’d seen. The dash is somewhat soft and has a ‘pattern’ to

it does...but its easy enough to fix with an aftermarket unit that’s bulletproof - it’s an LS afterall

There are plenty of them...look up B61 gravity bomb, only weighs about 700 lbs.

I was at the rainy Monday night game on 6/5 where the Braves got destroyed by the Phillies...he lost that night but I don’t think anyone noticed. There were probably 2000 people in the park and that’s being generous.

I believe the issue is probably that of closing speed. The reentry vehicle is coming in at something in the tens-of-thousands of feet-per-second or some other absurd number. The reentry vehicle will be warm but not so hot that an IR seeker would pick it up so you’re likely looking at onboard or ground-based radar

This would actually be a great one to go see in person...unlike most road courses you’ll be able to see the entire race from the stands. If the product on track is good this could get a lot more butts in seats if they follow suit elsewhere.

The ‘Black Bird Vega’ is Shane from the OKC list on Street Outlaws...the guy who runs with ‘Bob’ the mannequin in the passenger seat. I think it’s funny they obscured his face in the video when it’s so obvious who it is. Kind of funny all of the news is about Jerry when Shane has been on the show way more.

Don’t forget, qualifying for Indy is also done at a higher boost pressure to make the fans happy. You could run that car with as little downforce as possible and still not hit the qualifying speeds down that much HP.

As a resident of Georgia this argument scares the living shit out of me...hopefully we can extend the border wall to just north of Jacksonville.

Funny you say that...there’s a motorcyclist in critical condition right now as he hit this thing right as it opened up. Witnesses say he was launched 15+ feet in the air.

Can’t give you enough stars! “please move away from the doors.....”

Maybe he lives in North GA, NW S. Carolina, N. Carolina, etc.? I guess where you live you only have one road and things are either ‘this way’ or ‘that way’ and never have to use 2 roads to get from A to B?

And the C pillar on the passenger side...
