He is extremely handsome! Does he have any fun quirks?

Me too. The Siamese pictured above passed away in October after many years together. Around the same time two siamese kittens came into the shelter I work at and had to be fostered. I'm a sucker and kept the little boogers. I love all cats, but there's a special place in my heart for the ornery bastards that are

He hated that specific goat when it was alive too. Cats can be so helpful.

A minute after this picture was taken he knocked the goat skull off the mantle and shattered some of the bone.

I knew an artist who did just this. He's done some beautiful work in the more traditional style in a licenced shop, but this "I got a stick and poke tattoo in my friend's basement shit" needs to die.

They should be inside cats, less risk of compromising their immune system and less risk of transmission. Route of transmission is generally through deep bite wounds (so FIV is found more often is outdoor, non-neutered male cats) and sometimes from infected mom to kitten. The more current research shows that sexual

Yes! I currently work at a shelter and spend so much time talking about FIV not being a death sentence to customers and even other staff members. It's hard when even some vets don't have (or don't care to have) current education on FIV....

That is awesome! My aforementioned boss had several FIV+ and "normal" cats living together and never had a single problem. There is still a big stigma attached to them in many shelters, especially down south where I am now. I sometimes feel like a one woman crusade in our shelter, explaining that FIV is not a death

That was how my cat felt for the first six months, then they became Pinkie and the Brain style best friends.

So glad to see so many FIV+ happy kitties! They can be so hard to find homes for.

The face your cat is making is priceless.

The first cat to ever adopt me was a cranky old snuggle-tooth, cross eyed Siamese who liked to nip people a lot. He was FIV positive and the shelter I worked for was going to euthanize him, so my boss basically helped me smuggle him out. He lived a long and happy life as the emperor of my home (and my dogs). I'm

He is so handsome!

The baby cry sound they tend to make was REALLY disconcerting when I brought my first rescue home.

Always with the mischief

I blame my parents for raising me as a virtual atheist in the middle of the bible belt for installing this particular issue in me.

As someone who has rescued several Siamese cats of varying ages, I just want to second the notion that they are generally crazy as fuck, in the best way possible.

I too find slayer to be relaxing. Good choice team cat.

X-files is always a good decision.

Glad to see your pup is doing okay.
