I started reading this, and then BAMM! Evangelion? What in the world, okay.. huge mechas and mega destruction and maybe it could work. I mean, if we leave everything else out (underage girls in tights, sobbing boys with daddy issues etc) we still get a decent entertaining movie

This looks so old school! I love it. Count me in.

Sounds like a plan :)

I can feel some new memes coming to life. Can you feel it too?

Well, because you don't want Kate spending any unnecessary minutes in the movie in inferior clothing.

Word of the day: moxie.

I'm sorry, I can't comment now.. my processor is still churming.

It's not only a mathematical concept. It is also a philosophical one. If you are not happy with that, then you can always put your mind to rest and consider infinity in physics, cosmology, art, logic, computing etc.

I've heard this before. Order the customers to change to even rooms and all the uneven ones magically become free. This is true, but only if the infinite amount of guests remain confined in their rooms. Otherwise you always need to have infinite amount of rooms to satisfy all of them.

Only Shrödinger's cats are disallowed.

I noticed the cheese as well. I imagined in my head the director giving feedback to Robert Carlyle after the take in the prison: "NO! NO! NO! Not... enough.. cheese.. AGAIN!

This guy had the same idea after one crazy night in Middle Earth.

I give anyone who wants to do an epic scifi flick a big thumbs up. Go for it, make it a good one!

I think you can pretty much strip away everything except the soundtrack and then it wouldn't be all that bad. It just boggles the mind to think they were able to screw it up on so many levels.

Yea, exactly. If you watch it with a nice big bowl of colourful candy.. it's not all that bad!

Hipsters are really scary, I agree. They give me the willies.

That would explain it, yes.

Wow, you must have been rummaging in my brain because that is exactly what I thought. And yeah, isn't it a damn shame they didn't make sequels? I don't see how that could fail.

This type of stuff always reminds me of the Yngwie Malmsteen interview:

Five? Can't be.. that would imply that there is a number three and a number four as well. We all know that is not the case.
