I think the tauntauns are probably the most impressive and underrated special effect in the whole original trilogy.

Sure, it was better than the original.. but mainly because the movie hinted (pretty unsubtly) about some of the stuff and original ending just totally ignored these hints. I am Legend is such a great book with great potential. I think they should emphasize the frustration of being one of the few (maybe even the last) person on earth. To this note Oryx and Crake would be an even better film. But they should definitely make Neville more bitter and washed up. Alcoholic would be a nice…
