I’ve been canvassing for months, and I’ve managed to convince a lot of undecideds. I talk passionately about how I work at a domestic violence shelter, and the things Hillary has done her whole career mean so much to me. She was one of the first lawyers to take on children’s rights, she’s fought child abuse, she was

I’ve lived in AZ for decades, and have always disliked the stodgy old AZ Republic, so was astonished when they actually endorsed Hillary Clinton. Even more heartening, their headline on Tuesday morning read: “Clinton Takes Down National Bully.”

She is a Yooper- also, white and a little out there, shall we say. She has made some excuses for Johnson’s troubling policies that make me really consider just unfollowing her at least until after the election is over and done with.

we don’t need a President to legalize marijuana. There are other ways to do that - remind her of that. Johnson is a TERRIBLE candidate.

Ugh, remind her how toxic Johnson’s ideas are to women. Patental consent laws for abortion, no late term, no required birth control coverage in medical insurance.

There’s an awful lot of rationalizing going on. I know some of these people, and their argument is a) Trump has shown he’s on their side by picking Mike Pence and promising to appoint good conservatives to the Supreme Court; b) reliable conservatives in DC will keep him honest; and c) Hillary may be the AntiChrist so

I don’t know who’s running in 2020 but I’m already freaking out.

You clearly made this up. The sentences lead one to another much too clearly to be a genuine Trump diatribe

Evangelical Christian Conservatives, who aren’t running for office and have no real reason to support Trump, have failed to meaningfully criticize a womanizing, thrice-married adulterer that is vastly more irreligious than Clinton. At least Ryan has a rational, albeit self-serving reason to support Trump.

Or the light of a fertilizer factory explosion in West, Texas, because of a lack of regulations to keep the building and surrounding area safe.

I have a friend in Tennessee that is a hold your nose, vote for Clinton type. Several other friends tried to convince her to vote for Johnson but as she pointed out he just doesn’t have the legs to get him there and there are more than a few of his policies that she just cannot even pretend to like.

This is in line with my anecdotal experience with Trump voters. I don’t know anyone who is still “Trump’s going to make America great!” They largely find him embarrassing. But they hate Clinton so much that it just doesn’t matter.

I didn’t think anything could be as tense as ‘08. Then came ‘12.

It’s basically the fucking 4chan poll. He’s getting the pepe votes.

My dad is highly educated and supports trump. Even he conceded that Hillary won the debate. He of course has to qualify that she had an unfair advantage being a lawyer (or you know, actually preparing). But he fully admits she had the better showing. Anyone who tries to peddle a trump win is a joke.

And Forbes and Daily Beast are finding how 4chan and Reddit swamped the polls. There’s a reason why 538 only referenced the CNN one.

The poll on Pravda.ru had Trump winning the debate 99-1.

I don’t know, I saw a couple of people being interviewed after the debate, and they were angry and embarrassed at Trump, but still going to vote for him. They did not seem stupid, they seemed stubborn. They hated Clinton more than they were mortified by Trump.

I was watching CNN yesterday and a trump surrogate kept insisting Trump won the debate in all the “online polls” and Jake Tapper ran out of patience and was basically like “you know those polls are all nonsense, right? They are more anonymous surveys.”

Understatement of the century right here:
