In short: No.

I want the fanservice nostalgiapalooza, shot for shot remake of TNG I have had in my head since 1995, and if I don’t get it I’ll scweam and I’ll scweam until I turn blue.

There is no EU civil court system. Civil matters are heard by each individual country’s own courts, with limited cross-border cooperation that’s handled by a treaty, so each country would have to sue Volkswagen (or whoever) separately.

It’s not uncommon in Britain to have bouncers and/or police stationed outside McDonalds in the centre of major cities near the clubs and bars. I’ve seen it in Leeds, Edinburgh, Manchester and London. You’ll probably find that the police response was them going in to break up fights several times a night.

It’s also pretty rare to tip anybody but servers, in my experience. You might give the barman ‘one for yourself’ if you’ve brought a large group into a pub, and I’ve heard people tip bellboys and caddies, but that’s about it. The idea that you’d tip at Starbucks or McDonalds is nuts to me.

Cone on, a rogue pigeon didn't invade the pitch like a guided missile and smash Kane's ACL to bits. Could have been Spursier.

Lads... it's Tottenham

Wierdly, despite it being a multi-multi billion pound industry that takes up an inordinate amount of time in people’s heads and a day a week for millions up and down the UK, there is very little football fiction on TV.

It's ok, she said it in Edinburgh where everyone is English or American anyway *ducks*

If anythingva tech sponsor is pretty cool. They're lucky it's not Big Dave's Discount Paint

I went out on the street. Now I have four drugs and a teardrop tattoo. Never again.

I think they might be - if they replicated their results from the first half of the season again in the second half, they'd have finished ten or so points off the bottom in last year's Championship table.

Now playing

Bearing in mind they’ve picked unusually well spoken people too, because it’s a US TV show designed for non-Brits.

I'm basing my assessment on the Balham end of town where I used to work, on the rare occasions we ventured south, so probably the gentrified bit!

Tooting is home to some of London’s biggest post-war housing projects and also some of its best curries, due to the large south Asian population. It used to be a little dodgy, but since every property from zones 1 - 3 in London is now worth more than some of the smaller island nations’ economies, it’s full of hipsters

No, A Christmas Story isn’t a thing, so I assume that was for the benefit of the Americans in the audience. We watch Love Actually, every existing version of A Christmas Carol and The Great Escape (for some reason)

Those Protestants, up to no good as usual!

The Star Wars and Marvel movies film in Britain and they're just building two major Hollywood studio offshoots in the south east. Work is definitely not the problem.

We say both, in my experience.

The record number of draws is 23, so they'll handsomely break that record if they replicate the first half's form.
