I don’t understand the stress about read receipts... am I the only one who absolutely doesn’t care that someone read a message and hasn’t responded? There’s any number of reasons someone would read a message but not respond... maybe they’re driving, or they’re at work, or they’re cooking dinner, or they’re busy. Or…

Do yourself a favor and just turn it off for any messaging app that you can. Read receipts cause unnecessary stress and problems more often than they provide benefit. I’d prefer not even seeing if other people have read my messages or not.

Remember to just dismiss their comments.

Awww-kward!

I was going to eat watermelon and watch the pilot for Nu Battlestar Galactica in 1080P tonight, since I haven’t done that (I was a cheapskate and bought the series on DVDs a buncha years ago now), and found out that it’s no longer available, or at least not in Europe.

I don’t see the point in this. 1080p and 60fps means virtually nothing for an emulated, 3d game.

Anyone else find it pathetic that the author finds it necessary to smear the fans who helped create this cash cow that shat diamonds and ate box offices for breakfast can’t seem to understand basic marketing and business. No, but they turned it off by default. To restore open a folder and select “View” and then “Preview Pane”. It then will provide a preview like Win8.1. It’s not a thumbnail like Mac or Quicklook provides, but it does the job.
