Alot of dungeons and raids at least between the BC and Wrath era required a simple explanation. Most vanilla dungeons were pretty tank and spank with minor mechanics. Vanilla Raids required at least a understanding of the mechanics and orginization. Level cap dungeons required a small explanation. Which matched the

I would take those faults if it came to gaining back a social experience and feeling like I have to climb some wall to reach my goals. Rather then walking a straight line and being given a trophy.

I’ve seen some people complaining about how things are different from their favorite private server, such as normal (non-boss) enemies using additional attacks.

This is exactly what we wanted? Anybody complaining about how bad Vanilla used to be. How great is WoW right now? Alot of the classes just play the same, there is no social experience, you don’t have to come together with other on a daily basis to achieve goals. If you don’t like the Classic WoW experience then this

I hope your sister pulls through Fahey. Random hope from an internet stranger, I know, but still, hope she pulls through and makes a strong recovery.

I’m still winding down my anime backlog season, but if I had to do a quick round up off the top of my head (in no particular order):

Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai seems like a pretty glaring omission. It’s not even mentioned in the honorable mentions list.

Disappointed Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai and That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime didn’t make the list, or even the honorable mentions. Bunny Girl Senpai seems like an especially egregious oversight given the amount of buzz and favorable comparisons to Monogatari it has generated.

For the sake of all that is holy, please tell me Kinja ate the sarcasm tag on that post.

Man that hot take is scorching. Spider-Man 2 is still widely regarded as one of the best made Super hero films around and along with X2 X-Men United is one of the major reasons people started to take these films seriously.

It must be a licensing thing. Adding a suit like that is, I would guess, little more than a new material (texture/normal map/etc.). I estimate it would take a single one of their artists no more than a week to put it together, including all the polish and testing they’d want to give it. They’d have no reason to dig in

It seems like that is pretty much covered by the Japanese game developers. Unless they are huge games, like Resident Evil or Final Fantasy, it seems like Japanese developers are still stuck in the mid-budget development cycle.

Not sure why, but between this and Rage 2... I actually prefer the more somber Fallout atmostphere.

Oh wait, team ninja, not ninja theory, I can live with that.

Published by Nintendo? So has Nintendo bought the series from Activision and then licensed the characters fron Marvel? This is a big get for them if so and very Un-Nintendo, they hardly ever do licensed games! Of course we remember GoldenEye but after that I think they published some cruddy Mickey Mouse Gamecube game.

I bought a new laptop from Dell over Black Friday, and I had $111 in reward points, so yesterday, I decided to use it to get a Switch.

Can ya tell that the Switch is selling well?

Yes, the game drags HEAVILY until chapter 5 or so, which depending on how quickly you rush through chapters 1-4, can take a couple dozen hours.  Once you unlock the 4th and 5th party members, the game opens up immensely.

One of those are actually the most common group. I’m not sure why Kotaku insists on going off a consensus in every article on XC2 that it was a terrible game, when the vast majority of reviewers thought it was an 8/10 or better.

I’ve logged over 350 hours in XC2; I guess I’m one of those people that enjoyed the Blade and combat system from the base game. While it was tedious at times to unlock all of the rare Blades, I enjoyed my time with the game overall. XC2 is by far my favorite game on the Switch so far.  Once you know what you are doing
