Also, bikes and ATV’s can go places police simply can’t. ATV’s and dirt bikes aren’t street legal in my county, but police won’t chase them because the landscape means the suspects can just go to ground whenever. Pretty easy to just take one off an embankment and find yourself engulfed in miles and miles of forest.

Our overall sales are currently down, but they generally bounce back once school goes back in session. Our sales are slightly above where the were a year agi, About a year ago about half of our sales during dinner rush were DoorDash, averaging around 30 orders / hour, but now we get less than 10 a day.
Delivery became incredibly ubiquitous during the pandemic, especially in places where lockdown forced restaurants to close their dining rooms. That meant that if you didn’t have a drive-through, you were losing 100% of your sales.
Had an issue with a customer awhile back. We put the sandwiches and cookies in the bag, then it’s the responsibility of the driver to grab drinks and chips.
