I’d love to walk around shoeless, but hardwood floors and ceramic tile, are kinda hard on the old bone spur in the heel. So, I not only wear shoes all the time, I wear (running) shoes with good heel support.

Being super high arched, and diabetic... My parents didn’t let me own flip flops or any kind of open shoe ‘til I was in middle school.
