I think what Kanye struggles with, is that he knows he sees the truth, but has trouble articulating it if he’s not rapping.
He just seems like a very sensitive person who does not think about what he is saying at all. Not before, not during, not after. My favorite part was when he said something like “Artists! It’s about how you feel!”
This is what I love about him generally. Even when he's being an asshole I can't hold it against him because at least he's interesting and seems like an actual human.
