The column is making me hungry. Deep-fried mozzarella, tempura cauliflower, cheese on salad, jalapenos, cheesy artichoke dip, guacamole, MAN!

Aw. Poor guy. Is he okay now?
Wow. I guess I've been lucky with my girls' tumors as they have been so small and simple. Thanks for the explanation!
Fair enough. What on earth kind of fatty tumor removal ever required 30 stitches though? My girls didn't even get 30 stitches when they were spayed, and they were adults at the time!
I have them removed when they are in a place where they can snag on something
Since when is removal of benign tumors called "liposuction"? My two 15-year-old dogs have had tumors removed probably every 2-3 years over the last halves of their lives. I've never heard it called "liposuction". I had no idea this was special and it took a specialized vet, either. My vets in Fairbanks do them all the…
I thought it was supposed to be tactless to "ask for" anything. But then again, we have the grand tradition of the registry, which is exactly that, so what do I know?
I did now, too. She sounds like a really monumentally thoughtless person.
None of these details were in the article linked. Thanks for the explanation, and I agree with you then!
The article does not mention any of these details. I'm going to assume that you've read other articles, and if what you say is true, then I agree with you...
The article linked does not make clear where she stopped, but you're right; it's probably a reasonable assumption. I just assumed she had pulled off the highway!
That other story is really sad, and I feel sympathy for both the duck rescuer and the family of the father and daughter who were killed. That being said, whatever happened to not out-driving your breaking distance? They could have just as easily hit a wild animal crossing the road, a car that stalled through no fault…
Oh, she meant... literally carry a wardrobe. I was thrown off by the weird syntax and thinking that "bring wardrobe" was some idiom of which I was unaware.
The one on top right now reads, "In my opinion feminism ends when feminist has to bring heavy wardrobe on the fourth floor."
She calls herself a "princess". Isn't it amazing how well people live up to their own stereotypes?
That's awesome!
Excellent!
I'm traveling right now, but you've inspired me to try this at our local swimming hole when I get home! And when my small town sees me swimming fully-ass-clothed in the lake like a dumbass, I can blame some stranger on the internet for inspiring me. :)
All joking aside, I wonder if it wouldn't be a bad idea to teach a survival course which involves swimming fully clothed. I bet it's not easy, and it would be great to practice, or at least get a "feel" for swimming in waterlogged pants, in case you are ever in a situation that warrants it.
Or MAYBE I assumed you are "putting on a swimsuit" right over your street clothes. That's how we roll on my planet. :)
