For a win, you get the same amount of points as everyone. The other points come from how much you contributed, which means everyone should want to contribute more...

I’m pretty sure the devs already have a system in place for how certain actions give you points, and if they don’t then they should.

How about a Skill System that isn’t based simply on whether you won or loss...but based on how your team did somehow averaging it out with your contribution, with a BONUS if you win.
