I was like you, I read very well at a very early age. Also, was selected for the gifted classes in my grade school days, I think they were called ‘Dolphin’ or something like that here. Used to love Tom Clancy books when I was 9-12 years old. I remember my teacher calling my parents because I was reading The Hunt for…
...The only response I have to this is you must have had attentive parents who actually read books with you instead of sticking you in front of a screen to keep you busy. Bravo for you.
Ah yes, because nobody on the Internet is highly intelligent. Medically speaking, it’s not alarming that this kid can’t read yet. And personally speaking, I could read pretty well when I was 4 myself. Child development has a wide variance in terms of how quick a child may develop, and both ends of this wide spectrum…
You should keep improving your social skills first and foremost. People who fall behind socially, and have to spend their first years in school learning how to get along with other children will almost always find themselves falling behind on the curriculum as well. When a 6 year old spends all his time trying and…
He was actually talking about his siblings, not his kid. See, even grown ups can have issues with reading :)
Some actual pedagogical info for the “norms,” but know that children accelerate at different paces. Someone could be a relative reading pro at six then suck at forming complex thoughts for high school essays by 16.
Some people learn to read when they are four, but usually kids learn to read properly when they are six. The world is full of interesting things for young kids and they learn so much every day, learning to read is one thing. Playing video games, drawing pictures or riding a bike is just as good for a four year old.
He can read his name and shit.
I was hoping for coop too. It seems like it was made for it, in a Marvel Ultimate Alliance sort of way. But it seems fairly entertaining so I’ll support it in hopes that they will develop the IP further. It looks like there is enough content to justify its sticker price.
I would really love someone to release a Souls style game that was designed for coop, where the progress was saved for both players and players werent kicked when the host went to another area or beat the boss; where neither player was “the host”. This would also allow ppl to experiment with symbiotic builds,…
The response doesn’t make sense. You can summon an experienced player anytime you want to make the game too easy. If you can do that why can you not play it blind with your friends when someone experienced will probably make the game easier for you than your friend? If they allowed you to complete missions in the…
This makes perfect sense. In fact, it’s all in the title of the game; they just forgot the proper punctuation.
Unfortunately not in the degree you are thinking. You can create a series of levels and use consistent naming conventions like how original Doom did though. At the end of each level include a message with the ID code of the next map.
Thats a shame, Co-op pulls away alot from true immersion and salt and sanctuary is def worth the few bucks it costs. Not nearly the grind at the beggining like souls
Figures a red piece of cloth would be the most popular mentor.
Thank you for pointing that double standard out. I’m a girl, and from the looks of it I’ve got what appears to be pretty much the exact body type of fem!Prompto up there. It always hurts to see the constant “These aren’t real women, let’s make them weigh a lot more than they should to make them “realistic” posts.
Every company that makes PCs is now making them with Windows 10. There, I’ve neatly condensed about two dozen press releases I’ve received over the past 24 hours into one. I am a handsome sorcerer.
Speaking as someone who gave up on Destiny before the “raids” even became a thing, and only came back for the hour and a half if took him to complete the Expansion 1 content, I just have to say...
Every time I see one of these I think it's it's him...but there's a certain lack of character that makes it obvious he didn't do these.
