I like to imagine that Deck Nine and Don’t Nod are building up to some sort of super hero team made up of tragedy stricken youths with super natural powers.
Studios really need to stop announcing games so early. I’m sure some of it might have to do with disclosing info to investors. But if all you have is concept art and a vi-doc explaining your vision (looking at you EA), then maybe you should just keep your lips sealed.
I was 2/3rds of the way through reading this article before I realized that I had confused Dying Light and Dead Island, and that these two zombie games with development troubles were is fact different.

I actually main a Warlock, so I’m a bit salty that they always get nerfed the quickest, and how there are really only two viable PvP subclasses and one of them is getting nerfed.

Well Gears 5 now includes the new campaign expansion as part of game pass. So I think going forward they may experiment with including DLC for first party games as part of the Game Pass Ultimate package.
I really wanted to like Youngbloods but just couldn’t. The overall world design was decent, but the forced RPG elements just didn’t work with the gameplay of Wolfenstein.
The cities are blue, but the state has tons of rural red districts that make up the legislature.
Worth pointing out the part of the reason why Squadrons does its menus that way is because the game can be played in VR, so the devs had to build their menus & lobby screens in a way that players with headsets on could look around while waiting.
Beyond Light was a really big reset on the way Bungie told the narrative in the game. This season has been very story focused in a way they haven’t been previously.
I vaguely remember playing the beta for the original Section 8 on my 360.
Even before 2020 building a comparable PC for the same price was near impossible unless you were gaming exclusively at 1080p.
Turning subtitles on, especially if it’s an action heavy game that is going to have dialogue playing in the middle of fights.
I haven’t followed any of Jerma’s content since his TF2 days, but it’s good to see he’s doing well and still up to fun antics.
