Looks promising, and probably one of the bigger steps forward in the Pokemon formula that GF has been coasting on for 20 years.

While I appreciate the fact that Sony allows you to use a regular old M.2 PCIE Gen 4 SSD, I can already tell that a bunch of people are going to buy the wrong SSD type thinking it can be used on their PS5.
I hope you bought a PCIE Gen 4 SSD, otherwise it won’t be compatible. And I highly doubt that you did because a Gen 4 on sale is usually around $160+
I think it only affected people trying to sign in. If you were already online I don’t think it had an impact.
As someone who hasn’t played a FF game to completion, it is hilarious how much they keep milking this one game in the franchise.
I understand the problem that sunsetting was created to solve (Pinnacle weapons and certain perk combos being too effective), but in typical Bungie fashion they used a sledgehammer to fix a problem that needed a scalpel.
Aren’t the same chips also used in the Series S & X as well? My understanding was that both new Xboxes and PS5 used very similar AMD CPU’s and GPU’s.
Because people still get matched against players that have items from MW and CW, so those assets need to be in place.
Yeah, if they managed to update it top rebalance and streamline what’s available for singleplayer, I would hop in and give it a shot.
From what I very briefly played of Anthem, I feel like there’s a good game in there somewhere.
I get the feeling Obsidian is more interested in developing their own IP’s at the moment. Plus this might have been around the time that they were looking at being acquired by MS.
Yeah, not every developer can scale up to make a AAA game. It takes years of growth and working together to be able to put out a quality product.
I don’t think Vampire has nearly as much hype surrounding it. Especially for a sequel to an old niche genre game.
I mean it was a problem going all the way back to Destiny 1.
True, but like you said recovs are already a problem. They need to do something about the game mode, though I doubt they ever will
Probably 2007 for me. Still in high school so no real responsibilities weighing me down. Halo 3, CoD 4, Mass Effect, LAN parties.
They really need to box players that have gone flawless into their own separate Trials playlist.
I’m 90% sure there is no dedicated PvP right now at Bungie, which is why there’s effectively been no new Crucible or Gambit maps in two years, and why the sandbox is so broken from an ability perspective (hilariously unbalanced subclasses).
I wish they hadn’t shown the Slayers face and voice in Eternal. I know he’s had a face since the original games, but I liked that in the 2016 reboot that technically anyone could be under the helmet.
