Michael Rosenbaum was a great Luthor in ‘Smallville’, and I think he could still bring it in a movie. He was able to bring the smooth charm that clearly hides a huge inferiority complex, as well as the sociopathy of a man who is absolutely sure that whatever he does is justified.
