Someone should put together a team and produce a movie about a self-righteous former Olympic swimmer who goes after the bad guys, say, Mafia-linked black market dealers of diamonds to the Russians, and that the movie just *happens* to be set in Venice, Amsterdam, and St. Petersburg. The answer is that a lot of people in this country are hesitant to call when something like this happens, and for good reason.
