I actually HATE the button.

I had a cadillac that would simply unlock when you pulled the door handle, and automatically lock when you walk away.

Then I got a BMW and my biggest irritation was that you had to hit a button to luck and unlock... So it went from “Open the door and get in, then close the door and walk away”…

The only thiefs I’ve ever dealt with out here in the ‘burbs are 10-12 year old boys looking for spare change.

Last time I was at the airport, I went to the national checkout line where you just get in a car and go, and I was walking along the cars and they all had “NO KEYS” written on the window... haha. I figured this is what happened.

The fact that you have to get your phone out and put it against the car is SO BACKWARDS its not funny. Who would put up with that compared to normal cars with proximity keys where you just walk up and open the door?

My phone dies on me at least 5x a week because I don’t have a chance to charge it.

I have a truck for the few times I pull a boat or RV.

I’d be OK with 300-400 miles, as long as it can do that with 7000 lbs hitched to it, recharge in less than 30 minutes, and there are ample recharge stations at boat ramps and RV parks. (There are at RV parks... obviously... 50 amp electrical at sites)

Whats the point of paying $1000 for GPS if your just going to use your phone anyway?

How do you enter addresses in maps?

My gosh my bmw idrive made me want to commit suicide... literally. To enter an address you had to use the scroll wheel through EVERY FREAKING CHARACTER.

Are these things better now days? Hope so, but seriously how do you type an address in with a knob?

Hyundai has freaking awesome infotainment system/touch screen. Of all the cars I’ve tried, I think theres is by far the best.

I honestly wonder why they don’t through a stick shift in the middle that operates the DCT. Not just paddle shifters, but an actual shifter. With that design you don’t have to have 2 transmission and you don’t have to redesign the transaxle.. .
