Insurance REALLY depends on where you live. When I lived in New York, I paid almost $2800/year for insurance. In Ohio, I pay about $800 for the same cars (although I pay $1600/yr now because I have 8 cars).

The average insurance policy in ohio is $926, while it is $2,518 in West Virginia. Thats a $133/month price

Of course a salesperson is going to tell you not to buy care by volvo... its commission suicide!

I disagree...

some CPOs are a little shady. I almost bought a CPO Cadillac XTS-V Sport.

There were tons of issues with the car and things weren’t adding up.

Some manufacturers just allow you to have the “original” warranty. that warranty may be a month or 2 from being up! The one I was looking at was a 2014, but

I bought a ferrari and had it shipped a few thousand miles.

I paid for a PPI.

somehow IN TRANSPORT the CEL went on+ Roof Sensors failed + Suspension sensors went. Required new exhaust headers + roof sensors + Suspension computer.

Massive bill on day one!

Again, I paid for a PPI and had someone inspect it for me that I

You’ve got to do it the Lemons way...

“we can buy any one of your cars for $1 million after any race” haha.

One of these is a cheat. The other is a loophole.

BIG DIFFERENCE.

Loopholes: Awesome.

Cheats: Deserve to get you banned from the sport and make you a total disgrace to the sport.

Way too much cheating occurs in motorsports... but taking advantage of loopholes should be what the sport is all about.

Gordan Murray is a scam

I normally wrench it down tight.

I know I’m not supposed to. I think is a disorder. I feel compelled to do it every time...

I thought it sounds low. I use at least 70, and I have a fuel efficient hyundai.

with as many people I work with that drive trucks... they’ve got to put down at least 150!

10 yr/100k is a long time...

I’m on the Hyundai forums and lots and lots of people want to do suspension mods, engine mods, etc. that all have an effect. Tuners (software), and such are common place.

Then some stuff ISN’T covered by the “warranty”- Air filters, oil filters, belts, fluids. You may or may not use “oem”

I thought genesis was going to make it.

Now I don’t think so.

The truth is, Kia dealers make very little money. A fraction of any other OEM.

Kia Salespeople make very little money. A tiny fraction of any other OEM.

A good salesperson leaves kia and works for a higher margin provider, OR learns to 5 finger close and upsell the heck out of each kia they can turn on an unsuspecting

I loved the service when I had my mercedes. Couldn’t believe how affordable they were PLUS they were super nice, super clean facilities.

they walked me through EVERYTHING, zero upsells... makes me want a mercedes again.

My hyundai dealer has 0 loaners. The waiting area is miserable. They claim there is free wi-fi but its so slow I couldn’t connect to my work PCs. It took 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment. I tell them not to wash the car because they do such an awful job hand-washing it that its DIRTIER when they wash it

I have a hyundai. The customer service is so awful at all the dealerships I’ve ever been to that I decided the 10 year 100k warranty is useless and I’d pay a premium to drive any other marque. Chevy is better. Ford is way better. cadillac is better. BMW and Porsche are way better.

No way in H3!! I’d buy a genesis if

We do this on mountain bike tires all the time... I know thats a lot less load, but....

I was accidently missleading.

Those were two thoughts. Thought 1: “Is it a phone number? 869-2063 “ Ie- its 7 digits, thought it might be a cell phone or something but couldn’t verify.

Thought 2: “I went to their website and its right on there. “. I went to their website and the car price is correct on there. right =

There’s no way a BDC guy is going to take the time to go around the automated system like herz uses to get exposure on a $12k car that earns him a $50 commission... lol

I too am very interested in understanding what happened though, but its got to be a program error. Hertz car sales doesn’t use one of the mainstream

A premium on red?

Get to the 360s and 430s, and red is the 2nd cheapest color after silver... black and yellow carry the premiums.

Probably because those are never accurate on autotrader... haha.

Dealers don’t “type in” stuff into autotrader... especially not one from a company that large. Maybe small corner lots, but not one like hertz..
