Yeah, that's where my money is. The 918 might be AWD, but the P1 is so much lighter and while slower 0-60, completely dominates the porsche in 0-120 or so. Automated manual is still AUTOmated, i.e. automatic. It's a better version of a an automatic, but it's still assisted. You don't control the clutch and you don't actually change gears. You tell the computer what to do and if you're lucky it does it.
