Well the 7-series is a competitor to the S-class. It can be the new chassis for the Rolls Royce Phantom, and the 5 series will become the Ghost.

What will they call something smaller than a 1/2 series!? If the new 1/2 series becomes 3/4 series sized.... and the 3/4 becomes 5/6 big..... what will happen to the 7 series?!

Because it isn't mass produced. If it was, you wouldn't be able to sell it because of safety requirements which I believe they get around using kit car laws.

While peak torque is all yours from as low as 1750 rpm, there is lag. A full two seconds of it. Takes you back to the golden age of turbocharging. I believe it has to do with fuel economy. Like, you're cruising in "eco pro" to save as many polar bears as possible, then floor it suddenly. No wonder poor engine doesn't…

The Veneno is literally a Aventador with some trick bodywork and 50 more hp.
The SLR is deffinitely more rare, and I bet it will probably appreciate over time, while the aventador will depreciate. That said the Aventador is very much a supercar, from 0-60 to the top gear power board. (It was 4.4 seconds faster around their track than the SLR!)
SLR MSRP'd in the 300's, Aventadors MSRP in the 400's(Or just barely under 400).
